Coach store on Post Street in San Fran - YOU SUCK

As many of you know, I love all things Coach. Well the asshats at Post St Coach Store in San Francisco, have made me go on a Coach strike.

Apparently they sent out a coupon - and I was corrected by the snooty sales staff on Saturday its called an invitation. Whatever, I call it a coupon - its says 25% off - its a freaking coupon. So, I didn't have the one that one of my lovely co-workers out here gave me to use. Apparently, asshat Coach changed the rules and you can only use it one time. So, when I went back on Sunday - I found this out by the rude manager there. I was trying to explain to her that I was living here for 30 days with no access to my mail and my "invitation" was on hold at the Woodbridge Post Office. So, I didn't want to use the girls coupon, because they wouldn't let me have it back - so whatever I am not mean. But the snooty attitude from that store really pissed me off. When I was in there on Saturday I did buy a pair of really cute sandals that were already half off, so I am not gonna bitch too much. However, the snobby ass service I received and being corrected on their freaking coupon thing really pissed me off. So - COACH F*** U !!!!

I did get the best haircut of my life in Saturday at Aveda here in SF - she did an amazing job with the layers and really took her time. I am going to have her do highlights before I leave. Sunday, I got a facial and manicure at Elizabeth Arden Red Door - yeah I know we have one in DC, but I wanted to try it here. EXCELLENT!!! I loved the little Russian lady that did my facial - she was so cute and we talked about Russia because I would like to visit there someday.

Sounds like some ace sales people. Way to build customer relations. Maybe the person learned how to interact with people by working at an airline.

i have friends who work for coach and yes, they are invitations not coupons. because coach is 'above' giving out coupons to bring in customers. so it's like an invitation for you to come in to shop, which just so happens to include an incentive.

my friends think it's bullshit too. i'm sorry the sales person was snooty. :(
