Getting used to West Coast Time now.......

So, the free wine and cheese was ok - it was free thats all that mattered.

I had the best massage last night and the best sleep of my life last night. So worth it!!!!!

I am keep busy work wise. I have decided to wait till I get back to DC to get the tattoo --- I talked to a few places out here and I am not liking their attitude. Plus, yelp does not give Ed Hardy's shop good reviews - so no on that one!

I was going to hit Vegas this weekend, but I may hold off a bit on that one. I may rent a car on Saturday or Sunday and take a drive down the coast or up into Wine Country - haven't decided yet. I will not however be stuck in my hotel room being bored.

The people in my office are just awesome!!! So helpful at recommending places to go, taking me with them to lunch everyday - I just really like the atmosphere here. Plus, the fact I don't have to dress up makes life awesome. I am sporting my cute Coach flipflops today!!! One of the girls in the office is sharing her coach coupon with me as well for 25% off - guess where I will be this weekend as well - the Coach store. LOL

Tonights agenda includes getting my nails done - one of the girls in the office recommended a place up in the Nob Hill area - so hopefully that will go well.

I so needed this work trip - just to get away - I do miss my kitties though :-(

Welcome to the West Coast! :-) I just got caught up on your working trip thus far. Smoke in the SF cabs? I thought California had banned stuff like that by now. That kind of news doesn't bode well for the National Writers conference I'll be attending there in July.

But, I does sound like you're having a nice time, despite that. You've got to love free wine and cheese! And about the not having to dress up for work? Don't you just love that? "Casual professional" is how we dress here at my firm, too. Oh, and a Louis store down the block? Let me just say, I look forward to the day when I sell my first book, as that will be the first thing I go buy...well, unless I break down before and finally buy one. I definitely have a handbag addiction. ;-) I've got several of the other designers, but no Louis yet. Sigh.
